Project Details
Background
The 4000tpd iron ore mining and finishing project of Mongolia coal industry undertaken by Hongji is mainly composed of metallic minerals, limonite, and non-metallic minerals mainly quartz. In the raw ore, only the iron element has the value of recovery, and it belongs to the acid primary magnetite ore with low phosphorus and low sulfur.

Grinding fineness of -325 mesh accounted for 95%; The magnetic separation uses a semi-countercurrent magnetic separator, the magnetic field intensity of a section of magnetic separation is 4000Oe, the magnetic field intensity of two sections of magnetic separation is 4000Oe, and the magnetic field intensity of three sections of magnetic separation is 1000Oe.
Concentrate dewatering stage
The primary iron concentrate (grade greater than 65%) is dehydrated by a disk vacuum filter, and the secondary iron concentrate (grade 50
Tailing dewatering stage
The first stage of dehydration is carried out, and the bottom flow of the first stage of dehydration thickener is transported to the cyclone for classification by slurry pump; the sand settling flow of the cyclone enters the dewatering screen for dehydration; the overflow flow of the cyclone enters the second stage thickener for enrichment; the second stage thickener adopts the high-efficiency transformation thickener; the bottom flow of the second stage thickener is transported to the filter press for dehydration by slurry pump. The overflow water of the first stage and the second stage thickener is returned to the production pool for recycling.
