Project Details
Background
In 2018, Hongji Machinery established contact with a company in Ecuador that needed to build a 150ton/hour gold processing plant. After fully understanding the needs of the company, Hongji Machinery conducted experiments on the materials and designed a gold flotation plan for the customer. The program was recognized by the customer and a contract was signed with us. We provide customers with equipment processing, equipment installation, training and other services. At present, the project is still running normally and has achieved great economic benefits for customers.
Process
The process adopts a two-stage and closed-circuit crushing process, the qualified products enter the powder bin cache, the ore is uniformly fed by the pendulum feeder to the straight cylinder energy-saving lattice ball mill for grinding, and the lattice ball mill and the high weir single spiral classifier form a closed-circuit grinding classification process. In the discharge of the ball mill, large gold particles are first enriched by the jig, and the 30% gold particles are selected by the bottom flow of the jig through two stages of the shaker. The classification overflow enters the flotation system after mixing the pulp in the mixing tank. Through the beneficiability experiment of the ore, we choose the flotation process of one rough, three fine and three sweeping, so as to recover the valuable gold elements in the gangue to a great extent. The flotation gold concentrate is concentrated by thickener and dehydrated by filter. The flotation tailings are concentrated by thickener and enter filter press to press filter cake to achieve dry discharge of tailings.

Feedback
The gold grade of the project is 1.76g/t, the final gold concentrate grade is 46g/t, and the gold recovery rate is as high as 92%. In addition, according to the nature of the gold ore and the characteristics of the design process, Hongji has adopted advanced equipment with low energy consumption, high efficiency, reliable operation, superior performance and high degree of mechanization, which is simple and reliable to operate and easy to maintain.
