Project Details
Background
The mineral composition of the project is relatively simple, and the metal minerals are chalcopyrite, pyrite and so on. Non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite and so on. From the results of multi-element analysis, it can be seen that the element that can be recycled in the ore is copper. The grade of copper in the raw ore is 0.80%.
Process
Crushing and screening stage
The coarse crushing and half-section crushing are selected as jaw crusher, the fine crushing is selected as cone crusher, the screening operation is selected as heavy round vibrating screen, and the final particle size of the crushed mineral products is -12mm;
Grinding and grading stage
Wet grid type ball mill was selected for grinding operation, linear vibrating screen was selected for pre-classification, and XCⅡ type hydrocyclone group was selected for control classification. The fineness of final grinding is -200 mesh (68.0%).
Flotation stage
Lime was used as the adjusting agent, Z200 as the collector, 68.4% of the raw ore was ground to -200 mesh, XCF /KYF flotation machine was used for rough sorting and double sweeping, and BF flotation machine was used for double sorting. Finally, the grade of flotation copper concentrate is 20.00%, and the copper recovery rate is 90.00%.
Concentrate dewatering stage
A high-efficiency retrofit thickener was selected for the first stage dewatering operation, and a van filter press was selected for the second stage dewatering operation. Finally, the copper concentrate filter cake contains about 20% water.
