Project Details
Background
The project ore carbonate rock type deposit, the main metal minerals are galena, sphalerite. Gangue mineral is diopside. The raw ore grade is 5.61g/t.
Process
Beneficiation process
Two-stage and closed-circuit crushing - one-stage self-grinding, regrinding of lead coarse concentrate - preferential flotation - two-stage dehydration process.
Sorting stage
After grinding, lead concentrate with recovery rate of 90.49% can be obtained by one roughing, three sweeping and three cleaning.
Dewatering stage
A disk vacuum filter was used to dehydrate concentrate, and the dewatering rate was over 95%.
