Gold CIP/CIL Process
CIL (Carbon In Leach) gold extraction method is a gold extraction process that combines cyanide leaching with activated carbon adsorption. The activated carbon directly adsorbs the dissolved gold-cyanide complex in the ore pulp to achieve efficient recovery.

Gold Floatation Process
Gold flotation is a mineral processing method that separates gold from gangue by using the difference in physical and chemical properties of the mineral surface. It is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained, complexly embedded sulfide ores and quartz vein gold ores.

Gold Heap Leaching Process
Heap leaching is an efficient gold extraction technology for low-grade gold ore. The gold in the ore is dissolved by spraying cyanide solution, and then the metallic gold is recovered by activated carbon adsorption or displacement precipitation.
Two gold processing plants with different processes and yields
We can provide you with solutions and equipments for 30TPD-3000TPD Gold Processing Plants. Common gold processing plants have the following outputs: 50TPD, 100TPD, 200TPD, 300TPD, 500TPD, 1000TPD.
We would like to share with you two different gold processing plants for your reference. Their raw ore and output are different, and the processes used are also different. Perhaps they did not meet your requirements, but you can contact us for a unique solution.
(1) 100TPD gold processing plant
The client's raw ore is rock gold ore, with a required processing capacity of 100 tons per day. Based on the client's ore test report and budget, we have designed a crushing, grinding and gravity separation process for them. This solution uses no chemical reagents, requires relatively low investment, and can achieve a recovery rate of 50-80%.
(2) 1000TPD gold processing plant
The grade of the customer's gold ore is 0.97g/t, and the capacity requirement is 1,000TPD. We designed the CIL process for the customer, which enabled the customer's gold recovery rate to reach more than 90%.
