Project Details

Background

The raw ore of the gold mine project undertaken by Hongji Machinery is treated gold tailings with Au grade of 4.7g/t and fine particle size, which does not need to be broken. Therefore, the beneficiation process designed for it is: pre-screening - one-stage closed-circuit grinding classification - concentration - cyanide leaching - desorption electrolysis - smelting - tailing pressure filtration dehydration process flow.

Process

1 Feed screening system:

The ore is transported to the raw ore bin by truck, the raw ore bin is installed with a grid screen, and the large granular material on the screen is broken manually by a hydraulic hammer until it can pass through the screen hole of the upper grid of the ore bin. The ore is uniformly delivered to the 1# belt conveyor by the ore belt feeder at the discharge port of the ore bin, and the material is fed to the circular vibrating screen through the 1# belt conveyor for screening. The products on the screen enter the waste separation device and return to the two-stage fine crusher through the 2# belt conveyor to form a closed crushing process at both ends. The products under the screen are fed into the steel structure powder silo by 3# belt conveyor.

2 Grinding classification system:

The ore in the silo is fed to the 4# belt conveyor by the belt feeder and transported to the energy-saving ball mill. The ore discharged by the ball mill is driven into the cyclone group by the slurry pump for grading. The bottom flow of the cyclone returns to the ball mill for grinding again, and the overflow enters the concentration and leaching system after the impurity removal screen.

3 Dense leaching system:

The slurry is concentrated by an efficient transformation thickening machine, the overflow water flows into the circulating pool, the bottom flows through the rubber pump into the leaching tank, at the same time, the leaching agent is added, the preleaching of the two leaching tanks and then the activated carbon adsorption, the activated carbon leaching tank is added, and the carbon is gradually mixed into the former leaching tank. When the gold content meets the requirements, the carbon slurry is separated by the air elevator and the vibrating screen. The pulp is returned to the leaching tank and the gold-loaded carbon is sent to the desorption electrolytic system.

4 Desorption electrolytic system:

The gold-loaded carbon is washed in the carbon storage tank and then enters the desorption column. The desorption liquid configured in the desorption liquid tank is fed through the bottom of the desorption column, and the gold-cyanide complex in the gold-loaded carbon is desorbed through the filter and then fed into the electrolytic cell for electrolysis to obtain gold slime.

5 Dosing system:

There are many dosing points in the carbon pulp factory. In order to ensure the continuous accuracy of dosing, Jinpeng's own patented touch screen computer dosing machine is used to control the dosing of each point, and it is equipped with pharmaceutical mixing and lime mixing.

6 Dehydration system:

The tailings of the leaching tank are transported to the automatic van filter press by the pump through the buffer tank, and the water after the press filter flows into the circulation pool for recycling. The filter cake is transported to the tailings yard by the conveyor belt, and the tailings are transported to the tailings reservoir by the truck.

Feedback

The gold leaching rate was 95.7%, the carbon adsorption rate was 99%, and the total gold recovery was 91.93%.
