What can a lithium processing plant do?
Our lithium processing plants can help you achieve three goals. ① The lithium ore will be mining, and broken to the ideal size. ② Lithium concentrate is obtained through beneficiation technology. ③ Lithium hydroxide is extracted by roasting and chemical methods.
Process flow:
Lithium ore beneficiation process mainly adopts flotation method to obtain lithium concentrate. It consists of 4 steps.
1.Crushing and Screening
Hopper + Vibrating feeder automatically sends 0-500mm lithium ore into the jaw crusher, the jaw crusher breaks the large stone into small pieces, and then the material is sent into the cone crusher, the stone is broken into fine sand, and the 0-20mm material is screened to the storage bin.
2.Grinding
Storage bin + Electromagnetic feeder automatically feeds the material into the ball mill, grinding the fine sand into 0-1mm, and then the ball mill and spiral classifier combined to form a closed-circuit ring mill to ensure that the final product particle size is 0-0.074mm.
3.Flotation
The overflow of the spiral classifier into the slurry pool, transported by the sand pump to the flotation machine. Reagent is added to flotation machine to extract concentrate.
4.Concentration
concentrate was send into the slurry pool, and then into the thickening machine by the sand pump, overflow into the clear pool, can save water resources, and can be recycled. Then the bottom flow of the thickener is fed into the disc vacuum filter with a sand pump to obtain lithium concentrate.
