Process of Lead-Zinc Beneficiation Process
1. Grinding the argillaceous zinc oxide ore, so that the particle size of -0.1mm accounts for 50% to 80%;2. The refined pulp is spilt for the flotation of lead oxide;
3. The tailings of lead flotation are sent into the mixing bucket, the pulp concentration is controlled at 25 ~ 35%, the flotation agent is added, the pulp pH value is controlled at 9-11, and the mixing is 615min;
4. Lead and zinc ore dressing equipment -- the pulp is sent to the flotation tank for 1-3 fine grained roughing, the roughing concentrate is selected 1-3 times for each grade, the middle ore is selected for the next level, the pulp containing less than 16% mud is roughed for 6-8min, and the roughing concentrate is selected 1-3 times and 1-2min each time. The concentrate product is obtained, and the first selection and roughing of the middle ore are entered into desliming; The pulp containing 17-21% mud is roughed for 5-7min at the second stage, and the concentrate product is roughed for 1-3 times at 1-2min at each stage, and the first fine ore at the second stage and the middle ore at the second stage are deslimed. The slurry containing 22-26% mud is roughed for 4-6min at the third stage, and the roughed concentrate is roughed for 1-3 times for 1-2min at each stage to obtain the concentrate product. The middle ore of the third stage is once cleaned and the middle ore of the third stage is deslimed.
