① Strong Magnetic Roughing

We use a special high intensity magnetic separator to remove impurities in manganese ore. The coarse concentrate is graded by spiral classifier, and the coarse tailings are directly discharged to the tailings concentrator.

② Fractionation

Underflow from the classifier is transported to magnetic separator for concentration, the overflow will be concentrated by thickener.

③ Middle Magnetic Separation

The tailings from middle magnetic separation drain to concentrator, the concentrate from middle magnetic separation gets together with underflow of the concentration.

④ Purification and Concentration

Concentration overflow return to system for cycling, concentration underflow gets together with concentrate, to be the final separated concentrate.
